In my case, they refused to honour the warranty on my Elite 2 that had an issue after two months, saying I’d already received a new controller... which I hadn’t... It was all very odd. Managed to fix it myself thankfully.

OG Far Cry was super duper linear and has barely any connection in theme or style to any of the newer, open-world games in the series, other than that they are typically set in jungles.

I playtested Anthem in Alpha state and was very confused as to what they were aiming for. It truly just seemed like an exec saying “we need X”, X being Halo I guess(?), and the studio aimlessly throwing together a game as a result.

Maybe the internet will band together again to cyberbully the company into making something not weird...

This. I’ve not been engaging with this site regularly for some time because of the slideshows. This was refreshing.

Ad revenue. Each slide/page refreshes the ads and generates far more money than having put all of this into one page. This shit will be the death of these sites as they turn into the same spammy garbage as the rest of the places that led us here in the first place.
