I agree with most of your comment, but you missed the joke on the AZ comic. It is not a grenade, it is just the tranq pistol again (with a weirdly drawn version of the silencer, trying to indicate it is compressed as it fires). The joke is that with all the options he has available to him, he (or the player) still

Hmm. You make some solid points, but in all that wa-splaining, why didn’t they make “Wario”, Wamario”? Based off your explanation, and the subsequent emergence of “Waluigi”, that seems to make the most sense.

Starred purely for the usage of “build a bridge and get over it”

“Hey Listen” was my morning alarm for awhile, so that’s the easiest decision to make. You would be surprised at how quickly it gets you out of bed and to your phone.

I still don’t understand why the DM needs to hold onto all the sheets. Our group has always been responsible for their own character, items they get, and any physical game content (letters, notes, etc) that they might acquire throughout the game.

Couldn’t agree more, especially one of your later paragraphs regarding the “show don’t tell” mentality. While the DM should be aware of alignment and flaws, (I like to dish out Inspiration to players who engage with their flaws in creative, out of the box ways, especially in 5e), it creates a much better role-playing

Not Base Wars? I’m out.

Suikoden VI. ‘Nough said.

Lego Island, followed by Lego Rock Raiders, followed by Lego Racer, followed by building an entire 6 block Lego city in our basement, followed by filming stop-go animated Lego shorts was my childhood in a nutshell.

These are also my exact choices, save P4G. I never got around to playing that, but I love Marie in Persona Q, so I definitely would explore that if I get a chance to play through it.

Koro-Chan.

Agree with everything the previous comments have said, but a few things to note, that might help you enjoy the second palace more:
1) Don’t quote me on this, but I am pretty sure there is a selection in the options that automatically advances dialogue, so you don’t have to button press to advance.
2) Try and complete

This works if you just need some spending money, or want to buy upgraded weapons and armor. However; if you really want enough money, say to max out the Persona list, or buy your way to the top tier Personas (especially if you max out the Strength confidant), that method takes forever. A much easier method, is to

“Better still, there’s none of the dreaded backtracking Metroidvanias sometimes over-indulge in. When you die, that part happens automatically. I’m surprised nobody did it this way sooner.”

Rogue Legacy did this, 4 years ago, almost exactly as you lay it out in the article. From the enemy changes, to the RNG, to the

I can see the headlines now... Man tries to impress date at theme park, instead learns that his date has a thing for “bad boys” with sunglasses. Man no longer has date.

How is the first comment not about breaking the sound barrier in this series...? One of the most fun experiences I had on the n64 growing up.

Does anyone else find it ridiculous that the concept artist in this video is drawing by lantern light? I get that they are trying to make the video dark and moody to follow the theme of the game, but that was just too ridiculous for me. Anyways, had me sold at “XCOM spiritual successor”.

I agree, love me some Toejam and Earl, but no one cosplayed them, those were promotional statues.

I love me some Toejam and Earl, but that wasn’t cosplay it was just the life-size statues they had setup next to the game booth. Also not sure how the 7ft Reinhardt did not make this article!

I was arguing the same thing with my buddy. His 2 range counter is just as good as Takumi’s short range counter, plus he is a naturally hard counter to Hector and other strong Greens, and his 50 ATK and 30 DEF (for me) makes him a tank to be reckoned with. God forbid he ever gets Astra readied cause it is at minimum
