They do. Maybe that store is just disorganized, or maybe like I said, the guy is a moron. I've worked at Gamestop/EB, and it's easy to tell new from used. If you run into an employee who isn't performing where they should be, or is providing poor service, like any other retail place you should take it up with their

I don't know what makes you think the retail employee making minimum wage who's barely getting any hours is out to screw you and fill Gamestop's pockets. He (they) were probably just complete morons, or new, or not paying attention.

Pretty sure this happens any time any new MMO launches. I remember 3 weeks after Aion launched Blizzard said their active accounts had shot up dramatically, it was all people coming back after realizing the flavour of the month MMO was garbage.

Can anyone explain what exactly makes a project like that cost $15,000? Are they both going to be working 8 hours a day for 2-3 months, and it's their salary?

Same. I'm level 27 and I kill Giants in 4 arrows. Smithing and Enchanting are way too easy to skill up and way too powerful. I'm on Master difficulty, but it's not enough. Build Lydia as a tank -> Kite if she dies -> Hope the game doesn't get boring.

They aren't.

The ability to rape, take over territory or join the main antagonist are not in the game. The ability to kill people is.

Except there's no connection between skipping an entire game and being able to chose your difficulty level in any way. Key word in your definition being 'following'.

It doesn't matter how challenging it is, there's no reason to lock higher difficulty levels other than to pad playtime. I play games once, on the hardest difficulty, and games that don't allow me to play them the way I want are annoying.

I'm not sure you could be more facetious.

I'd rather do both at once. I hate games that make you unlock the hardest difficulty, it's garbage. Developers should always give players the choice when it comes to something as insignificant to the game as difficulty. Dark Souls and Demon's Souls notwithstanding.

Skyrim needs high res textures, an increased difficulty mod (including slower XP gain) and an entirely new PC UI. I think that'd bump it up to a 9.5/10 in my eyes, and I hated Oblivion.

That's what I expected by 'maximum', more .ini tweaks than what was already out.

Their idea of 'maximum' is just upping the AA and AF? Here I was hoping for some awesome mod that made everything look better :(

That quote refers specifically to censorship and I think it applies to a game attempting to be as open world as Elder Scrolls. If I can walk into a town and slaughter everyone, there's no reason for kids to keep running around. In art and freedom of expression it all has to be OK, and it is. You can put anything in

I'm pretty sure that applies to any celebrity endorsing anything.

If what you originally posted was all you gleaned from my posts, then I assume you have to be trolling, because no one could be that stupid.

How a troll like you got a star, we'll never know.

Why does Postal allow you to shove a gun up a cat's ass and use it as a silencer? Why does the cat 'meow' every time you fire a bullet?

Immersion and telling the difference between real life and a video game are not the same thing and aren't related at all.
