Pretty sure they were on 360 or PS3 for Gamescon. Single player will be identical, multiplayer will probably be significantly different because the technology just isn't there.

Which is why I hesitate to let myself get too excited about it. I see a ton of potential and a great looking game, but until reviews come out I'm not sure it'll be worth a purchase. I just hope it is, because I want to pewpew and have to aim my pewpew.

Despite his choice of words and phrasing, all Riccitiello really said was that he wants to win over players of Call of Duty to their game. I find it hard to have a problem with that. Poor choice of words, sure.

I hope this game is as good as it looks. I've been following it for some time now and I'm really into the art style and idea of having 'true action combat', i.e I have to aim my arrows/spells. There's a potential for a lot of depth and skill based gameplay there, and I hope it's not terrible.

It's well written and damn if that isn't a good song. I want that on my iPod.

'The game is hard' is a lot different than 'New Game+ with 100% PBWT is hard'. When people talk about the difficulty, they're talking about the first playthrough unless specified.

I don't think there's anything in a Skyrim trailer that could make me cream pants like today's BF3 trailer did. BF3, from what I can tell, will probably rank in my top 5 games of all time. Skyrim? Maaaybe top 10 if they don't mess anything up.

I played for a pretty standard amount of time to complete the game, and it really wasn't as hard as people said. A lot of people like to blow their egos when it comes to hard games, but Demon's Souls was hard in a game mechanics way more than a gameplay way. Having to use trial and error to figure out a boss fight…

From the one list of 'benchmarks' I saw in the Alpha, the 560Ti was sitting at 40-55 FPS. I'm a bit of a stickler when it comes to FPS and don't really like playing with less than 60, so I only had one option. Mind you, the numbers from Alpha to Retail will only go up, I won't be bothered if I get 90 instead of 60…
