Exactly! Why cant I just fully turn off screen recording so I dont get that alert. I cant believe its not an option

I was hoping they would disable the “screen recording paused” pop up that shows up during cut scenes when im not even trying to freaking record anything. Every time there is a cut scene I get that pop up and ding and for certain games like persona with a bunch of cut scenes its a minor annoyance that adds up.
