Most likely a line worker was eating and these tails got in. They are not allowed to but also are forced to work as fast as possible and dont have times for breaks (and sometimes pee in bottles). He was actually shot once and is fine, not really sure where all the articles saying he was shot 4 times came from, especially since its on video. But yes I was also shocked at how little attention was paid to the human aspect of the story.
