What a completely tone deaf article. All of the features of Ring including Neighbors are clearly listed on the website. Here’s a shocking revelation to you. I WANT the cops to see my Ring. I want them to catch these assholes stealing my packages, breaking into my car, vandalizing my lawn. Fuck the criminals and their

The whole point of ring is security. Very few people who own one are worried that the police get the footage. Should they improve their data security? Absolutely. But that’s always going to be a moving target. And the Neighbors bit is also a huge selling point. You are warning people away from the things they actually

Well there are 20 trackers blocked on this site alone, so your advice would be dont use the internet.

If the cops want to see who was at the from door xx days ago.. i dont have a problem with that.
Just dont put it in the bathroom...

Agreed. hangouts was perfect when it had integrated SMS. I don’t know why Google didn’t just upgrade it to incorporate RCS. It had everything and was simple. Now it’s more convoluted than ever.

“Stream all the things!” is a stupid idea and would probably push a lot of consolers to PC, if only because of how limiting the idea is when someone has crappy internet. It is a way for the companies to control a lot more of the content, and I also think its part of the bigger issue of people owning less and less of

Blimey, seems a bit overstated. ZTE rebranded phones are sold throughout Europe via local operators and are at a great price point. Samsung have a proper awful OS and very few android phones have a good resale value, what’s new.

quit wearing ultra skinny jeans that grip the phone harder than your weak little hands

What does a case have to do with protecting the screen? You get a case to help against overall damage and you buy a tempered glass screen protector to keep the screen safe. My wife and I both have those on, and it’s saved more than a few glass screens let me tell you. I even put one on my Switch.

To clarify, they were missing a few dollars worth of legally required equipment (emergency transponder). All the others stuff clearly tells a story of more money than sense.

It’s pretty obvious their communications were deficient if they were lost for five months. If they had an EPIRB, which they definitely should have, it would have been more like five hours.

These women had a year’s worth of food and water purifiers. I think they were infinitely more prepared than your usual lost-at-sea-for-months-before-being-rescued stories that come along. We don’t know the specifics of their communications equipment so we should probably shut our yaps.

I am confused ... the sharks were a problem? Why? They were all on a boat with food and a steady water supply ... not that I am eager to trade places but this is hardly Life of Pi.

Also is it bad that people want more complicated story telling from TV shows?

I agree. It’s just a shame that we’re eagerly anticipating audio tech we had in PC gaming in the late 1990s and then lost thanks to Microsoft dumping it from Windows.

Star Trek, like your cats, is just something you must hold, cherish, and love unconditionally.

Your biggest fear should be that it ends up being really good, but no one actually sees it because it will be a CBS All Access exclusive and it gets cancelled.
