The Armada is okay of an car, just needs to be put on the Nissan Patrol platform like the QX56/QX80 is on. The Frontier is in need of a redesign which should be coming any moment. The Patrol is the same chassis as the QX80, doubt Nissan would bring that over.

All the new crash safety stuff should be pushed down to lower cars that mortals can afford. Subaru was pushing that with Eyesight, you can get Eyesight in most of the cars for under 30k with a mid grade trim.

Everytime I have sold a used car, I put an as-is with no expressed or implied warranty, with the Bill of Sale (required in MD). And I always make multiple copies of the BoS, but most people I have sold my cars to have been enthusiasts and knew what they were getting themselves into.

Yup I had the unfortunate luck of getting a Sentra CVT rental when my Subaru was getting some dealer installed options done. The worst part was the normal 2.0L engine sounded fine when revved, but when left in drive, god it was total trash.

I think the biggest “fight” about CVTs is the “apparent” lack of throttle response. Alot of badly tuned CVTs will rev the engine way before the car actually hits that speed. With the engine revved, you will then get the CVT “drone”. And remember most CVTs are generally small displacement cars. If I drop my XV…
