It is unconstitutional now to give the death penalty to anyone who was under 18 when they committed their crime. I think the Supreme Court ruled on this a few years ago. Also, the victim in this case survived, so there could be no death penalty anyway. Unfortunately, a child still can get a life sentence.

Vice City Stories is pretty fun. It is great going back to the city with a new story. Vic Vance (Lance's brother) is a fun character to play. The graphics aren't quite as good because it was a PSP game originally, but it's still a lot of fun.
