I've been working through Fadiman's Lifetime Reading Plan for about ten years now (not exclusively of course), starting by reading the entire bible cover to cover. (He doesn't include it in his list, but says in the forward that he assumes everyone has already read it.)  The plagiarized list is here:

It was definitely not as bad as I was lead to believe, but there was way too much Cersei for my tastes.

This is on my long term to-read list (I actually want to read the whole series), but I'm more focused on medieval history these days when I go for the non-fiction.

Yeah, that was absolutely dickish, but I didn't really come away with the sense that the other daughters really cared, they got more land for themselves.
