But these guys have seen every F&F movie, so they are more than qualified to track on the streets while all of the other cars magically move out of the way for them or leave them just enough room to squeeze through. Clearly this woman was at fault for not having good timing.

The worst part: if you really must go fast, there IS A RACE TRACK IN ODESSA. There actually used to be TWO, but one closed a while ago.

You are just wrong. ANY extra interior lighting is going to cause your pupils to dilate more than they should and diminish your night vision. This is just science and not up for debate. A car interior should look like this at night, and I’d even say that they have the gauge brightness a bit to high even here.

One of the few!

495 has taken several years off of my life.  It is arguably worse than smoking or binge drinking for your health.

Yes . We should have rigorous independent testing. Which doesn’t exist to the extent it should. Tesla or any other company rolls out OTA releases live without any transparency on what internal testing took place much less independent V&V. There’s a culture problem. The “move fast and break things” culture vs. slow,

Wow, 2 hours and we haven’t had a single fanboy inform us that 10 motorcyclists would’ve died if it was a human driving and FSD is the best thing on the planet.

Cruise lost its license for injuring a previously struck person, why on earth has Tesla not yet lost theirs for actually killing people?

It is not fit for purpose, there should be a recall of all Tesla and that “feature” should be permanently disabled.

The inspection is a total joke, but some of the stuff you see on the roads here wouldn’t come close to passing even that very very very low bar.

If anyone can do it, I’ll put my money on Uncle Rich. He’s got the full firepower of The Electrified Garage behind him. If not, it’ll still be entertaining.

I wouldn’t know. Between the lorries which are limited to 40, the tourists who slam on their breaks everytime they see a tree or a curve in the road, and the wee auld dears who go out for “a nice wee driiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiive” and can barely see over the steering wheel, I don’t think I’ve ever been able to get it up

Maryland. It’s a lynchpin for the Northeast corridor and the stretch from DC to Delaware is interminable; it’s one of those places with people with many different driving styles getting in each other’s way, from aggressive New Yorkers and New Jerseyans to southerners going north while having little idea how to

The state of being drunk.

As long as us over 6 foot people can actually fit in it to.

And the DMC. I think the problem is that the staff don’t know the difference between a GT car and a sports car

I keep getting redirected to TheRoot again.

I read that in a “jet fuel can’t melt steel beams” voice.

That was my thought.  They’re NOT fixing the deformation issue, just the ability of the software to tell you you’ve got a deformed part?  Ooof
