If you believe that people cannot dispense justice to anyone outside their own race, then all I can say is that I feel very sorry for you.
I think that such a rule would fall squarely into the definition of racist (a preconceived negative opinion about a group of people based solely on race - in this example, the preconceived opinion that people of a race different than that of the person on trial are incapable of arrivi at a just verdict)
Im concerned that the author of this piece is assuming that the definition of justice is a ‘guilty’ verdict.
