I hate to admit this, but the person who wanted me on the board was Mrs. Kang. I suspect she wanted to pack the board with supporters in the coming struggle between the forces of light and the legions of darkness. I’ve told her more than once, “Honey, I don’t think anyone on the HOA wants to “destroy” you.”

Papa Cunctator is locked in a LIFE OR DEATH struggle with the rest of the HOA about whether the gate in his gated community should close at 6 or 7 PM. The sheer petty-minded animus of these people brings me great joy.

That scenario legit happened to my husband. He joined and was immediately made president.  It is a special type of hellish torture because you WANT to know everything that’s going on and control it yet... everyone else is so stupid and petty. SO PETTY!!

I was shocked to see she’s only 40 too. When you have that much plastic in your face, it really has the opposite effect of what you’re going for.

I’m fairly certain if she served him with divorce papers she will be dead pretty much immediately. If she didn’t know that before, she surely does now.
