I don’t know if any new recipe has been applied to Ding Dongs since their new ownership a few years ago, but those were damn good frozen.  The outside layer of chocolate would get a little more bite.  Hmm.... To bad I’m off the sugar these days, or I’d tear through a box of those a week.

Because some schmuck thought he was being cute/funny, it’s not going to curb my going to the events/games at the park. I’ll still go my once-a-season to see them.

I’ve cut down to only 2 this week, thus far.  I’m hoping for maybe just one tomorrow and one on Sunday.  Not for the thrills.  Just so I can work impossible hours, spend time with the kids, and hopefully spend some time on Sunday for mother’s day.

If you think about it, a few hundred years ago in larger cities, like London, it was not uncommon to know that rivers were not from where you drink.  Claret and ale were the drink of choice due to health concerns from drinking what was essentially sewer water.

My Tia only made flour for snacking and such. Made with lard. And friends whose moms never spoke a word of English were making the same thing for snacknig, with melting butter all over it. OMG!
