The simple solution to me is more cheese, but maybe more cheese blends.  Typically, shredded moz is the topping, but more of the fresh moz balls in the mix and more other types of cheese with great melts would be nice.  I love me some gooey, melted cheese, and that also would work with the flavors that kids will enjoy.
