I keep it simple with just mustard.  Mustard and mustard based sauces are vastly underappreciated, except for those who enjoy the South Carolina mustard BBQ sauce. Now that is something we should be singing the praises of more often.

It’s shelf stable, and my wife goes through it decently fast. I can’t think of one time it has ever had the time to go rancid.

Not to defend Costco, but you will find, generally speaking, better quality products at Costco than you would a Walmart or whatever general box store. A good example is the Garofalo pasta they carry, which is a very good pasta. That said, you won’t find a cheap TV necessarily.
