I liked Final Fantasy XIII when it was called Final Fantasy XII, because IT’S THE EXACT SAME PLOT. Semi-Alien semi-godlike beings are over here (the Occuria/the main group of Cocoon L’Cie) secretly controlling humanity, a singular member of the race starts some evil shit going on (Venat/Barthandalos), the players are

That’s good to know. I do buy music from Amazon so I always stop, load up the smile web page, and buy albums that way.

Someone gave me a set of pepper flakes and hot sauces for cooking one time. The hot sauces were tasty and new to me and the flakes were Turkish red pepper flakes in a fancy glass jar. A very nice accent, my chilli was a touch spicy for the next few years. In fact, this makes me realize what I’ve been missing the last

I didn’t take it as a joke when it was referred to as the Vanessa Hudgens Christmas Movie Universe...

Well wait are we talking free-range shredded hash browns or McDonald’s style ingot hash browns??

Mayo is actually really good on fried potatoes. If that seems weird, it’s sour cream-adjacent in flavor, but without the dairy.

If you want to watch a more interesting (albeit flawed) 1 season show try VR5.

I’m not surprised by what you say about this show. X-files was, I think, kind of a fluke. Millennium never really took off and crashed before the X-files concluded. This was a non-starter. A few years ago when Amazon was still showing

Yes but have you recreated them in the Sims yet?? You’d have to have them all run a restaurant (huh do they have an option for that in 4 like they did in 3 yet?)

I used to make my own herb butters involving a bit of olive oil, some garlic, fresh chives; sometimes rosemary. I’d make it and let it sit usually overnight to blend flavors, and use within about 5 days. I got yelled at, hard, on a food community for risk of botulism for putting organic matter into an anaerobic

I guess I’m lucky, my servers usually ask me! But then, I tend to keep returning to places with good service like that.

Yes I’d go with this route. I think I’d go even with. “So thanks, but you don’t need to invite me to any more.”

Right. The problem begins with the inherent racism and prejudice in the system; as long as that is a factor in this, well, the old programmer saying is “garbage in, garbage out.”

That resting constipation face he’s got in the video thumbnail pretty much tells me everything I need to know about his personality and how the interview went down. Oy.

It’s sad how few of them there are. It really was a nice lunch option. They downgraded the store I went to by turning it into a half pizza hut. :(

Let me tell you I did a double take the first time I noticed the bread section in the specialty ethnic grocery store by my house. On the upside, Bimbo makes some delicious snack cake things of its own!!

Ooh. Now that’s actually scary.

The only KFC with buffet in my area closed years ago. It was actually a great lunch option because with limited time you could pop in and grab your meal quickly. Also with all the sides available I actually ate multiple veggies! And I think it was only about $10 at the time.

I agree with this assessment. I found the McD’s kiosks a pain to navigate. I have a similar complaint about Panera’s. Then after I ordered I didn’t know where to get my drink - the cups were moved back to behind the counter so I had to go up there anyway. I’d rather just go a half mile down the road to the next McD’s

The idea of putting fresh French tarragon in chicken salad. Now I am unstoppable.

Ah my Mac & Cheese casserole! Yes it’s A+ comfort food. A friend came over for movie night and looked askance at it (I was making it for my own dinner) but tried some and was impressed. Months later at another movie night she came in and said she’d had a hell of a day and requested it! Since it is so easy to make I
