There’s a reason that South Texas (nearly 100% Latino) routinely pulls in 25%-45% Republican support...because many Latinos despise illegal immigration as much or more than Anglos.  Trump doesn’t want to “purge the US of Latinos”, he doesn’t want illegal aliens streaming across the border.
