I get the not talking down to them, but I also feel like there is an expectation to treat feelings like Jill's sacrosanct. I'm a little uncomfortable with emotional arguments vs logical. I think if you look at Pat logically, you realize its not a personal affront to trans individuals and you maybe don't get so bent

Can you point me toward the line that delineates between projection and intent?

Are there any famous nerdy accountants we could get to express indignity at Pat skits?

*Pat theme*

Ah touche. Sorry I must've missed that hubbub. But I feel like he still hails from an era thats less progressive than we're in now.

I know Chappelle is back and all but even he is a dated reference.

Thats what rubs me wrong about it. Pat wasn't intended to be a representation of someone trans or non-binary. Is it a gag that feels problematic in our current decade? Sure. But it feels like a cheap shot to sling much mud at a skit thats a quarter century removed from now. I'm sure there were few trans

Will it smash through any glass ceilings? Perhaps a brick wall labeled "patriarchy"?

This is fuckin' tricky. I enjoy KFCs honey mustard (mostly for dipping the potato wedges in) but Chik-Fil-A's honey mustard is amazing. Same for their Polynesian sauce, that pairs really well with their chicken. Though I also love McDonald's sweet and sour sauce. That division has no real losers for me.

Aaron Carter comes out as methsexual

I was really enjoying the facebook comments for that post. A widow praying for his marriage to be healed by Jesus (someone has a lot of free time), people casting judgement on him not trying hard enough to make it work / how this generation is a bunch of marriage quitters. Amazing how people will just put this shit

Anti-trans propaganda is maybe a little hyperbolic. But I guess thats just bolic these days.

Best remembered as that thing we laughed at while doing drugs.

I don't see how an unaltered meteorite is somehow worth more than one crafted into a specific shape. Its a fucking rock at the end of the day.

I feel like Spiderman 2 is overrated. I watched recently having never seeing the whole movie and I was not that impressed. Theres no chemistry, its cheesy, and Dr Octopus was tragic but far from this great villain I had heard rave reviews of. Maybe if I had seen it when it first came out I'd have appreciated it more

I suppose thats true, but if wasn't Pepe images specifically, they'd be harassing them with something else thats equally hateful / vile. So I fail to see how thats really a Pepe specific problem, and not just an alt-right / troll problem.

two things?

My mind went immediately to Taken, but my fingers went immediately to Google and found otherwise ;)

I don't even get why we worry about the assholes doing foul things with his image. They live in a dark, pathetic corner of the internet. You only see it when you shine a light on it. Let them have their shitty racist memes, who cares. Its meaningless.
