Just to turn this thread into a possible positive...I'm moving to the DC area this fall and I would love to know about any volunteer opportunities you might know of regarding this type of thing.

This is perfect considering I've been wanting to get rid of the spotty black mold on the ceiling of my bathroom. Any ideas? Usually i would just spray it with bleach but that doesn't seem like much of an option here
