That’s not the airline’s fault at all - even if other fees aren’t clear, its usually quite obvious what airport they are flying too. And for many people on a particular route, proximity to the downtown core is NOT the most convenient thing for them.

I would have had some sympathy for Uber if it didn’t treat its employees—sorry, “freelance independent contractors”—like crap. Not providing sufficient insurance. Forcing drivers to lie on their insurance policies.

It is a ride sharing service in the sense that Uber did not wish to follow regulations and decided to create a gypsy cab service. Regulations are super easy to deal with when you just ignore them outright.

Actually these kind of ‘hot rods’ go *perfectly* with expensive coffee ,poseurs and hipsters.
They’re far more about trendy looks than substance (and yes they have some substance, which makes my comment all the more pertinent
