Came here to say this. Stormfront (an actual Nazi)  gave more lip-service condemnation in response to that shooting than we’ve heard from the president on terrorists like Kyle Rittenhouse. I guess the writers couldn’t have seen that coming.

Didn’t this come up in 2016 though? But with no real evidence? Trump spun it at the time as “good business” then and just what every rich person does, and his supporters are spinning it as him being a master businessman now. Trump not paying taxes through massive tax fraud is a plus to his base.

Trump has close to a billion dollars of personal loans coming due in the next four years, without any way to pay it off. He shouldn’t be anywhere near a government position, let alone the president with top secret security clearance and nuke launch power.

I’m surprised that Gayle used that phrasing, because Pelosi’s use of the word “henchmen” is in no way as egregious as the bullshit that’s been coming out of the White House re: voter fraud, refusing to accept election results, stacking the Supreme Court, etc.  It’s a completely lopsided comparison.

When the official republican party platform is basically “TRUMP 2020!!! MAGA!!11!!” I think calling them trump’s henchmen is completely fair. They’ve admitted in writing that they don’t stand for anything else.
