Presumably you have good mental health. Those that don’t, don’t see the world the same way you do. Don’t call these people stupid. They’re ill and our healthcare system has failed them.

It’s not just a matter of whether Teal genuinely wants to heal people vs. whether she just wants fame. Both factors are probably driving her. What’s really screwed up is her maniacal thirst for power, clearly demonstrated by her bullshit claims of having special access to spiritual knowledge that others don’t—and the

I am so glad this person is being looked at. I read she took a lot of her material, allegedly plagiarized, from other teachers/authors.

I mean, she’s a lot prettier than Jim Jones too, and we know that goes far.

A good friend of mine fell into the Teal Swan sphere during a very difficult time in her life. All of her friends tried to help and be supportive, but she rejected reality in favor of new age garbage. About a year later she took her own life. I don’t know if Teal Swan’s message directly influenced her, but it probably

Suicide Catalyst” sounds a lot cooler than “Rat Poison Kool-Aid”

It is extremely dangerous to try to provide psychiatric or mental health services when you aren’t licensed and trained to do it. I started listening to The Gateway and it strikes me as really bizarre that there are people who think it’s okay that Teal told a woman she should go ahead and commit suicide if she wasn’t

They’re only as dangerous as people are stupid.... so extremely dangerous.

I’ve been listening to the podcast and it is nuts. I hope Jennings Brown continues with podcasting about these ...interesting...religious movements.

The Last Jedi: Still better than the prequels.

Good luck with the remake!

Same. I absolutely loved it and it is still far and away my favorite Star Wars film.

I feel like I’m in the Twilight Zone when I read the various negative reactions to this film. Like, I genuinely do not understand how we saw the same film

That’s the same logic Trump supporters use when they say that Trump’s mistakes don’t matter because Obama made mistakes too.

“ because it’s a structurally questionable movie with some bad writing and underdeveloped (or underused) characters.”

If someone puts up a form that lets people pledge to something ridiculous like this, putting in silly pledges to mock them is part and parcel.

These aren’t amateur filmmakers or hobbyists. There will be no film. This is the movie equivalent of Kid Rock saying he’s running for Senate.
