Well, but it is economy. Consider what would happen if, say, 20% of the people who depend on their cars to get to work and cant afford a new one now can't drive their car anymore? or if maintenance costs exceed vehicle costs. What about keeping repair shops in business, or road workers in business, or parts

I get it. Squids. But, I have to say - when I've ridden sans-gear I like the "experience" more. The gear protects you and its smart, but much like sound insulation in a car it isolates you from the experience. "Experiencing" a motorcycle isn't simply mastering its capabilities. A motorcycle has other things to offer.

Its ok, the Germans are more responsible with their driving. Who knows, maybe the mustang has mystical powers of possession manipulating all drivers to crash them. I wouldn't be surprised.

No, they aren’t. its politics. What was that one line? When an American politician was asked what makes a good politician his answer was “get elected/re-elected”. Whereas an Australian one answered with “representing the peopled wants and needs”. Same kind of deal here, there more money to be made off people crashing.

How many of these crashes were in vehicles which would be deemed "unroadworthy" in other countries? How many had tires/brakes/suspension worn past recommended repair. good luck getting that data but I think it would be insightful.

I wonder how many deaths there are per billion miles travelled on the Autobahn/Autostrada. Perhaps, just maybe, the problem isn’t with the cars or the limits. And, although I’m sure hes aware of this the pertinent question of “what to do about it” still remains. Do we hold everyone back because there are a couple weak

Perfect.

The jelly is strong with me.

Woah, no Bandwagons for you mister Tavarish. You're different, just like everyone else! The Hipsters would be proud *tear. Nevertheless, it probably is a turd. But a cool one. Other than the bandwagoning bit it was a good read ;)

“its not my fault, he started it”. Driving a "flashy" car feeling entitled. seeking unreasonable vengeance. I'll tell you exactly who this guy is - He's freaking Donald Trump - Get him out of Canada, and Fast!

You’re right. It matters that real-world numbers never hit window sticker figures. But, for the purposes of comparison it isn’t worth comparing real world mpg’s to another car (who’s figured will be window-sticker-based). its a more accurate comparison when they’re both tested in unrealistic scenarios (lol). Then,

Well, I mean.. I used to be an engineer for Chrysler. But, when people say “built on the [insert car] chassis” its pretty misleading. They’re usually based off something or share some design concepts/common parts but the geometry and rates are manipulated to match the car. Still, I’m pretty sure it would have been

Lets take a poll here. Is it reasonable/socially acceptable to save spots or Should it be strictly a first-come first-serve basis? Is this akin to saving a spot in line?

Animals at the zoo, imagine that!

Whats cho rizo-ning behind that?

Hah, sausage fights. I see what you did there.

I guess you can thank Daimler for the 300 being so good. I find it remarkable that brand new cars are running around on basically over a decade old Merc E-class platform.

Dude. Hellcat powered, lifted, AWD Charger Wagon? I know where you can stick your all-road. That thing sounds like it would be straight outta mad-max.

Dude every time I see a Magnum I wish there was a modern re-incarnation. V8 RWD Wagon?! Sign me up - that thing was badass. Too bad it was built in arguable one of the most dismal times in Mopar design history.

Does it matter? Are you comparing it against some real-world MPG's of other cars? Apples to Apples, man.
