I’ve found there’s a weird dissonance around sex, where everyone KNOWS sex is enjoyable and there’s something wrong with you if its not, but we all also know a lot of people who actually had problems getting there. I mean, I know people who had get the emergency services involved — but the dominant paradigm is still

I had an emergency c-section 7 months ago. When I got my completely insane hospital bill that my insurance refused to cover one penny of (close to $130k). I was questioning why the anesthesia wasn’t covered. Turns out I had neglected to ask which group the anesthesiologist was in. Silly me, being wheeled into surgery

This goes to show just how screwed up our health care/insurance system is in the U.S.

Use to live near that area years ago. I agree, you would be flattened quickly.

Bring back the ambulance bowling over players!

How long before EA wises up and starts coding intentional “glitches”? Like, can we see the kicker boot the placeholder through the uprights or something next year?

John Madden casts Obvious Comment.

Considering that the original Final Fantasy battle system was based on the NFL, it’s not super surprising.

...And acording to the ticketing system 38% of our support requests were for “call me.”

Give them a break. The Olympics are doing their best to make sure that any exposed skin found underwater stays covered in bacteria.

If I ever have kids, I’m not going to allow them to watch anything Disney. It’s Game of Thrones for them. Valar Morghulis, ya little monsters.

“No whey!”

No, Debra did.

My only issue with Southwest is their passengers. It’s amateur hour and they are generally rude. Southwest is the only airline where I routinely see passengers from the back pushing ahead to deplane first. Etiquette dictates you deplane from front to back. I am a frequent flier and I only see this issue on Southwest.

Ugh, I’m not sure divine intervention will be enough. I’m terrified. I knew AA’s reputation but they were the cheapest at the time and like an idiot I threw caution to the wind.

I remember flying Aero Condor once and thinking “this may be a tiny Peruvian airline, but it’s noticeably better than United”.

We live close to the US border, and when we went to Jamaica, everyone recommended we drive down and catch a US flight. So much cheaper, they said.

Has anyone out there flown domestically with a large dog? I may need to go cross country with my 70lb beast and my freaking out about putting her in cargo. Half of what I read is everything is fine, calm down and the other half is YOUR DOG WILL DIE. How bad is this option?

I’ve flown on non-US airlines a couple of times and honestly don’t understand what’s better about them. Can someone explain?

I’m scheduled to fly AA in October. Yesterday I got an email saying they were rescheduling their flights. My flight home would give my 15 minutes after landing to get to my next gate. I had to call and figure something else out despite the fact that my girlfriends birthday is in 11 days and our anniversary is in a
