For what it's worth, the teaser trailer they've been showing has more of a 70s LS feel. This could just be fan service for now, although I wouldn't be surprised if we end up with Archer being a private investigator.

Plus, if you have ever seen hygiene films from the era, you know that people of the '50s tended not to shower regularly and were greasy.

Grease isn't a great musical, but it is fun, and it was a fun production. It was nice to see FOX throw so much into it.
