Now remember, nothing is well written in The Strain is well written, especially in season one, but it sort of works. The for survivors keep the CDC busy, instead of dealing with the dead. Their mortality rate is pretty high (3 of 4) if they were important beyond the short term.

Either Palmer is going to grow wise that the Master had no partners, or the Master will have Palmer on his knees, demonstrating why he is known as "the Master."

Yeah, that scene really had a "Dad's gone, now it's time to get busy with his woman" feel.

Didn't the master give her her voice back? I expected her to call out for the kid and him to run right to vampire mom.

Season, not series. Outside of the gas station episode, every episode of season two is better than every episode of season one.

There are plenty of civilian cars that have "child locks" that prevent the back doors from being open from the inside. And, yes, police cars are hard wired that way. They are not taxis.

And why put a hit on him. Wouldn't it be better to follow him, find out what he wants to do, and then lure him into a trap thinking he is getting what he wants.

Toronto is doing the vest it can. Anyway I would think you would be more polite by all the background characters being do quiet and polite.

They were there to distract the authorities and to start the initial spread. Given the master hadn't changed bodies in centuries, I can't imagine having extra bodies was a big concern.

Someone needs to get Vikram to the tunnel to the Chinese Embasy so he can get some weed and relax and enjoy the show instead of trying to make some Film Crit 101 points about plot structure and character development. I have a feeling he would hate MST3K because it was clear from day one that Joel/Mike and the bots

Rewatched with the close captioning on, and I was wrong. It is "wife coach."

I have a friend in the biz who took me to this underground theater in La Brea. If you can find it, there are amazing things going on in raptor theater. But Hollywood just won't take a chance. It's like MTV and rap music all over again.

Morty has really grown over the course of the show, as has Summer. It's worth watching in order, as there are no bad episode.

We are finally getting more on Beth, and I have a feeling there is an arc building around her. She was the one main character in the first season that wasn't delved into, and she has never had an episode built around her, but this season has given more details about her and her relationship with Rick. I'm looking

Any Venture Brothers fan is used to this.

I've been to this website where they edit movies to show only the raptors with speaking lines in movies and TV. Let's face it, Hollywood has been really bad at writing and casting raptors in strong roles. Heck, when is the last time you remember a raptor in a positive role?

"The Lawnmower Dog" is what I've used to get people into the show. It gives you everything you can ask for, and it requires no prior viewing. Then go back and watch then in order. It really pays off.
