Tough to say. I really liked a lot of the Skyward Sword ones, especially the ones in the desert and the meta-dungeon at the end. But I also remember really liking Majora's Mask's final dungeon, which I haven't gotten up to in my playthrough of the 3DS remake—and haven't played on the N64 in about a decade.

I think it is doable IF there is no Link, which is weird, but, you can do a Zelda Vs Ganondorf thing. It would just be too weird to have an obvious hero that whose main characteristic in the games is silent/blankslate. Essentially, i think they can use the Lore/World, but not make it like watching a Zelda game unfold.
