IMO heated seats are good until you notice them.

I want the dashboard in front of me, not angled from the middle of the car.

Physical knobs/buttons for things like HVAC controls and music volume. Not everything needs to be on a touchscreen. I do not want a car where I have to look at a screen to see what I have to press just to do something simple like change the temperature.
