As a photographer/videographer, I love the lead image.  Very cinematic as our hero walks away from his fallen steed.  Picture Mad Max, with all his worldly possessions, walking away from a wrecked Interceptor.

I’m all in for a Highlander remake IF they are just as creative with the transitions between eras. The tilt up from fish tank to lake, the dissolve from Connor to Mona Lisa painted on side of a building, etc.  It's the little touches.....

It exists because it was in Boise Idaho.  That car wouldn't be in that good condition or that cheap here in Long Island

For a recall due to an issue of this severity, I’d be cool with the car being uninsurable until repaired. Or the car doesn’t pass annual inspection (the FAA can ground airplanes, so why not “ground” an unsafe car). Or deny registration when there is a new owner (car can’t kill you if you can’t get license plates for…

My son's school encourages students to carry their phones at all times for just this reason.  Scary.

The movie definitely helped, but an upstart auto manufacturer who left GM to start his own company, then got busted selling cocaine to finance his car biz, also does a lot to cement Delorean into our automotive history.
