Kind of unusual to skip the story in an RPG, but I guess we all play for different reasons.  At any rate, I had honestly assumed that viera didn’t even have males before this, so it doesn’t seem too untoward to not have a male option in the game. Just my opinion, though.

Yeah, I think Dante makes an off-hand remark about how the Yamato only responds to people of Sparda’s blood and that Nero should hold onto the sword to “keep it in the family.”
