I am encouraged by this sign of growing maturity from Alexandria.

Only the most doctrinaire isolationist could stand aloof in this hour of decision.

Senator Rubio’s tweet is in shockingly poor taste and casts American power in an ugly light. It plays right into Russian propaganda memes of America as a thuggish empire and is deeply counterproductive to American diplomacy. Rest assured, Moscow will use this tweet against us.

All respect to Andrew, who is a dear friend, but Russia’s theft of the 2016 presidential election was a cataclysmic tragedy not just for me personally, but also for America. I know Andrew wouldn’t intentionally downplay my suffering, but it still stings.

Increasingly I see an alarming tendency in my fellow Democrats to equate pragmatism with cowardice, and to lionize rigid dogma. We can’t fight Trump by emulating his worst instincts, and this is certainly a case of that. Let’s not go down that road.  Instead, let’s win over voters by drawing an appealing contrast

We Democrats mustn’t allow a vocal minority to browbeat us into becoming the party of isolationism. The vast majority of the American people wishes America to remain a robust force for democracy and human rights around the world.

Unions are a great social good in aggregate but they must guard against extremist impulses.

You’re wrong if you believe no one likes Bernie as a person. I consider Bernie a friend despite everything and I know he means well.

Bernie ran a tough race in 2016 but let’s not forget he had help from Putin’s troll army, which undoubtedly inflated his vote totals in the primaries. Will Putin back Bernie again? We don’t know yet, nor can we know how Bernie will fare without Russian help.

I’m concerned that Bernie could again be a divisive force and enable Donald(with Putin’s help of course) to steal another 4 years in the White House. Can we as a nation afford to risk that? Every American should ask himself/herself that question.

If the American people wanted socialism, Bernie Sanders would’ve been the Democratic presidential nominee in 2016. Bernie ran a good race, but I won handily in the end.

I’ve seen Hamilton three times.  I know American history.

Trump is right for the wrong reasons.
