Not that long. Most fueling stations have nozzles on both sides of the truck, and truck pumps are rated at around 50 gallons per minute (this is a guess). So really the pumping part is only a few minutes. Passenger car pumps in the US are limited to 10 gallons per minute.

You linked a Transportation Department guide... Which isn’t a contract or legally enforceable. And it also doesn’t address the situation, at all.

Speaking of the fine print... can you please show me where in the fine print it states that a paying passenger may be removed from an airplane and replaced by non-paying employees?

I find Americans to be more than willing to criticize their own government - usually with good reason! You’ll almost never see one of these paid Russian commenters agree to the slightest slight against Russia.  

Anyone who has commented on articles discussing Russia over the past few years has likely encountered paid Russia-sponsored commenters like the ones discussed in the linked article.
