I think you may have misunderstood me. It was a 5-4 with Scalia against Brady, but it's starting at a 4-4 now, and I'm just not a fan of hedging on Kennedy here. As a pro-labor kind of guy I would want a court with an Obama or Hillary appointee to tip the scale a bit more, you know, strategically speaking.

I’m listening to WEEI right now. The hosts seem....deflated. It just doesn’t have the same power. The callers are only mad because the hosts aren't mad and don't feel like they are sticking up for Brady.

First, I laughed. And then I cried because I'm a Canadiens fan.

I watched with my kids last night (son 9, daughter 2). We all picked players and cheered and yelled and went wow more than we did at all the fireworks displays we went to last weekend. It was so much fun for the three of us. MLB did a great job in my book.
