Huh, was kinda expecting them to announce a new first party game for this first event.

The “Success” of those games is really nothing compared to the success of FFXV. Better to just accept the inevitable than try and hold on hope that a massive company will change course to what will sell less because reasons.

I know at the very least Melee and Brawl had huge leaks with similar drama (who would believe Roy and Mr Game and Watch or R.O.B. and THREE LANDMASTERS before launch? I thiink 4 had a similar leak, so I’d lean on real just for tradition.

The only question mark is if that contract gave CD Projet blanket rights over using the Witcher in all forms of videogames. Like, did they have the right to license Geralt out to Namco for Soul Caliber? Though I guess that isn’t where most of the money he’s asking for came from.

The thing that gets me is these are the same people who call US too easily offended and triggered.

Is pretty cool Nintendo’s more open with letting third parties use their IPs and whatnot these days. I remember when Nintendo refused to allow others to use the Miis back in the Wii days, despite that kinda seeming like the logical conclusion of a console avatar system.

That’s way too close to Kingdom Hearts 3, was hoping it’d be this year. Guess this one will have to wait till after KH3...

I get most of those, especialy Ganondorf now that he’s got a sword,but Dr. Mario sees ways too similar to regular Mario. Ah well, what ever I guess.

These Echo fighters sound like a good idea to me personally... only thing I’m confused about is that it seems Dr. Mario isn’t an Echo Fighter? He seems like he’d be perfect for that considering he’s literally Mario with a degree... did they change him even more than just changing his fireballs to pills?

I’m assuming the last two DLC characters will be ready by September, so do we know if they will be in the base Switch game or will Switch plays still need to buy them separately?

I could always use more classic Zelda style games, but the story and scenario of this series never really grabbed me, especially with whatever the plot of 2 was that completely ignored the basic plot of 1 and the rushed ending.

To this day, Tales of Symphonia and the Abyss are some of my favorite games ever. Ten years ago, I was so desperate to play this that I was literally going to buy a 360 JUST FOR THIS GAME. Weird to think I’m finally playing it ten years later.
