I loved Antman and still think the movie we got is better than the one we would have gotten originally, so I was hoping he’d come back. Especially since he legitimately seems like a big fan. And now, he will be able to make a movie that isn’t just a reworking of someone else’s so we’ll see how that goes.

Considering how much emphasis Han Solo seems to be getting in this movie, and the famous reason as to why he was frozen in Carbonite in Empire Strikes Back, I’d be surprised at this point if Han Solo doesn’t die in this movie and that’s the only reason Harrison Ford agreed to come back.
