Considering the fact that every single social company so far that went on the stock exchange has failed as soon as they did so, I honestly am not surprised. Maybe it's a self fulfilling prophecy, that no one was willing to invest because they knew it would fail so it failed because no one was willing to invest.

And after that, she wondered if she wasn't bringing shame to the anime character Tieria—causing people to laugh at the character. On the show's dramatic recreation, Kanna then apologized to Tieria. Why can't the jerks who made fun of her apologize? [Photo: mocarain]

That is a good point... I mean, it was nice they were stepping out of the game in order to let another indie dev try to take the gaming world by storm themselves instead of trying to cut them out of the business... but now that said indie dev is part of a corporate monstrosity, maybe they will officially go into the

Dammit, so Oculus is no longer the little start up?

It does indeed. I believe Just Dance is the only game that uses it at the moment, but Media Molecule's new game was introduced as using it to help you sculpt stuff back at the PS4 reveal. During the VR reveal, they did say that the Move is a control option for the Morpheus, too.

I guess, but would it be Virtual Reality? IDK, can't wrap my head around that lol

Wait, was the God of War demo first person? that sounds like it'd be a completely different game. can't imagine this being used for anything being First Person games, and I don't want to say goodbye to other genres...

I do think people need to be careful with their money. That said, some games wouldn't be made without this, so I think if people make themselves aware of this possibility it's all well and good.

A lot of people won't spend money on this.

What was so bad about RCT3? From what I hear, the simulation side wasn't as good, but it really seems to have a lot of good potential for actual theming. Like that guy who made that star wars coaster... oh my god.

You know, this reminds me I bought RCT3 a few months ago... Should really go back on it and try to build the combination theme park/ medieval kingdom. I always loved doing that.

Ah, here's the article.

I suppose he could do so. Personally, I like the idea of a family having a blood feud with a demon of unspeakable evil. The only problem was that they had to work in games from 20 years ago and it just seemed to go off the rails. I know it wasn't a story heavy series, but if he manages to take the general idea of

Hm, new Metroidvania project. Hope it's on consoles too.

"I've decided to break out on my own to have the freedom to make the kind of games I really want to make – the same kind I think fans of my past games want as well."

Oh, I'm sure that it'll get a lot of attention there.

Maybe, it's just that a game company can only make a certain number of games per year. I don't know if they can make enough Marvel games in addition to Star Wars and their own IPs. Possible, though.

If someone was to make AAA console games on the Marvel heroes (and not mobile which this probably means)... who would publish it? Disney doesn't seem interested in consoles and big budget games, having given Star Wars to EA... who else would be willing/able to make a similar imitative with Marvel?

Well, Traveler's Tales made Lego Marvel Super heroes, and they're owned by Warner.

Yeah, as long as they keep making sequels, they'll have the rights.
