Agreed. Plus, if I’m looking to utilize the services of someone who drives/wears flashy and expensive items, all that tells me is they need someone (me) to pay for it all. No thanks.

Can we assume the company is also paying for gas (miles)..?
Personally if I were to do this move (which I’ve thought about doing more than once) I’d get a CT5-V. Every time I see one on the road I stare at it, they’re really good looking cars.
Here is a 2021 Volvo S90 AWD with 7k miles on it for 39,892. It checks all the boxes. Awd, executive styling, comfort, safty, and reliability. get 32 mpg highway and plently of bells and wistle most people want in cars
My FIL was doing a lot of that back in the day.
No better than this grifter, really.
That’s how the robotaxis will work too. Instead of bringing taxi drivers from the Middle East and Africa to work in America, they will just have them run the taxis from their home towns through a starlink connection.
An Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio is a normal, average car??
I thought someone had done a bad job of circling something in a screenshot with the microsoft snipping tool in that first picture of the interior.
How in the hell did Chevy SSR not make this list?
I will defend the Subaru BRAT to the death. It’s clearly a defiant design choice, but it’s not the “ugly” that you get by truck-carring a vehicle that was never made for the terrain (see Honda Ridgeline, previously mentioned), or over-designing a cartoonishly huge grille (GMC 2500), or just flat-out turning a napkin…
The Gladiator not making this list is a miscarriage of justice. Also the renders of the 2 door H3 were pretty good for the time.
I’m unclear if you understand that this is for manufacturing crucibles. Crucibles aren’t “consumed” in the production of silicon wafers. They aren’t single-use items. Current foundries will continue to produce silicon wafers.
“Kamala Harris wants to turn America into Venezuela!” shreiks the candidate also running on a platform of government-controlled commodities pricing, a policy that was at the core of Venezuela’s economic collapse.
Too many morons out there thinking their DRLs are functional as headlights and also do not know they also do not turn on their tail lights.
Boom, you’re spot on. AM radio is how conservative and religious organizations get the word out to their audiences. What would they do without it?! No more 700 WLW to tell them how to think? My father would be lost without his AM radio.
Technologically, AM radio is probably the cheapest, most robust way to reach the most people quickly.
Yes, it’s awesome to find an AM radio broadcast of Coast to Coast AM during a night drive down a dimly lit country road. It’s the best way to consume tales of sasquatches and alien visitations.
Lets say I accept the argument that AM radio is VERY VERY important ... why does it have to be the car that it is mandated to have one? Why not every cell phone? Or every TV? Computer? Tablet?
