I have made a couple of comments already, and my comments could make it look like I am “for” the car driver. I am not - what he did was wrong.

It not being a “problem” doesn’t make it LEGAL. Yes, I have been riding for many years.

You say he wasn’t “completely” in the right?? He was NOT AT ALL in the right! HE PASSED ON A DOUBLE YELLOW LINE. And the reason they had to slow down is because they were doing AT LEAST 100MPH just before they came to the cars who were probably going the speed limit.
