I think in order to change society you have to change the products of society or the cultural artifacts of a population. You can't just pull up your bootstraps and say: "well, I'm off to change society!" Changing society as a whole?! What does that even mean? Surely you understand how society changes over time.

I think it's time to do a prequel and see what Ang was like in his adulthood. I'm done with Korra at this point.

I really wanted to like Korra. I really did. The strong female trope is my favorite but in the end, she ends up looking like a horrible avatar and a very bitchy and unsympathetic protagonist. I don't think they wanted to go anti-hero with this one.
