I took a look at those - I can tell you that there is no baby in that uterus. It looks like there might be a mass, but at 3 months to not see a clear image of a fetus is relatively unheard of.

It's odd to me that she "sees a fetus" that's a sac still at 3 months pregnant. By 12 weeks, your fetus should be at least 3 inches long and you can definitely see all of the body parts of a baby, not just a skeleton.

Most people are barely showing at 3 months, even the smallest girls I know. This all just doesn't add up. Weight gain that severe at 3 months is highly unlikely, even in normal pregnancies.

She's far enough "along" now that if she is pregnant and she "lost the baby" they would have to perform a D&E, and no logical doctor is going to put her through that without first confirming that she is, in fact, pregnant.
