I am a incredibly casual wrestling observer who largely checks in with developments via YouTube clips and what-not, but holy shit, Paul Heyman is the best on the mic I’ve ever heard. That speech really was absolutely perfect in mixing genuine compassion and humanity with keeping the storyline going.
