Much like the Die Hard trilogy, watch 1 and 3, and not 2.

I was just north of devastated when I found out how it did. That movie was easily the most fun I had at the theater this summer.

Good Lord, the Drew-Lara relationship is… it's every stunted adolescent fantasy come to life, it's… It's just the perfect example of what it is.

Because, whereas with some types of films, one flop is enough to swear off anyone from making it ever again, the fact that one remake did well at the box office allow studio execs to believe that this time, they'll get it right and make MILLIONS!

That and the "7 vs. ISIS" idea are great ideas that'd probably never get off the ground in Hollywood.

Bleugh. Outside of The Nice Guys, all the movies I was most interested in this summer have turned out to be some level of dud.

Actually, yes, and that dude's a freaking behemoth.

"“Use the term ‘bro-code’”"

Shows like "King of Queens" fit exactly that need. I like to call them "White Noise TV", the kind of stuff you put on while you're folding laundry or washing dishes or doing something boring. Shows that don't require you to actually pay attention for all 22 minutes without missing anything.

That's one of those castings that I'd never considered, but once I'd been informed of it, I can't imagine anything better.

"But Brown, who is out of her mind on speed much of this time…"

I know, on some level, these things are both disgusting in production and actual taste, and yet the only thing keeping me from eating them anymore is that I'm pretty sure that my blood pressure spiking to 500/250 wouldn't be good.

Having grown up in an area where I was the "only black guy" a lot, that line has gotten a good bit of use from me.

FOR FUCK'S SAKE

I assume Erdogan will insist this movie does not exist.

The brand is strong.

Although, in fairness, from what the police report said, what he did to Nicole certainly had some emotion in it.

"What’s hard to imagine now isn’t Simpson killing someone; it’s him doing it with an emotionless efficiency."

I loathe this time of year. I'm a semi-recovering sports game addict, back when I was younger (and had the time), I'd be lining up to purchase the new NCAA Football game, Madden, a new NBA game and a new NHL game. And that was BEFORE I discovered the FIFA/PES series.

I found Hong Kong to be the best of the SR games so far, and had a bunch of fun with it. Plus, they were incredibly kind to release a little expansion for the game for totally free, which they did not have to do.
