How does a writer not know this???
The crappy CGI (especially in that opening shot of the low-flying Star Destroyer) makes this look like a fan film.
One of the Ninja Turtles’ Best Incarnations
I love BKV, but Paper Girls was the one series I could never get into. Something about the freewheeling open-endedness of it all turned me off. Like, every few issues, the girls would be flung to some new far-off point in space and time, with some random new threat, and that would bleed over into the next storyline,…
Interestingly, Chain of Command aired in Dec. 1992, while the very first episode of DS9 came in Jan. 1993. You weren’t kidding about this episode “teeing” up the Cardassians for what they would become.
the SNL sketch, which wouldn’t be as much fun these days for, you know, sad reasons
Please stop labelling articles “Trailer Frenzy” when they do not, in fact, contain a trailer.
There’s an interesting lineage to track from Paul Newman to Robert Redford to Brad Pitt. But I don’t think anyone has come along after Pitt; maybe he needs to do a buddy comedy with Oscar Isaac or something...

No more bendy powers (since Mr. Fantastic is in the MCU), and no more Inhuman (since they can just make her a mutant now, which they…
Kamala’s comic origins (stretchy powers + Inhuman) were only due to the fact that Marvel was desperate to have its “own” MCU-ready alternatives to Fantastic Four and X-Men, both of which were licenced away to Fox at the time.
They are going to announce a Secret Wars movie and have it be a teamup of all the Phase 4 characters fighting alternate versions of themselves, with cameo alternate versions of characters/actors we thought had retired from MCU, like a Dark Captain America or something.
a ludicrous twist so far out of left field it landed in a neighboring ballpark.
Jurassic World: Whatever might have earned a terrible review, but this article’s use of “boffo!” deserves an A+.
More like Grift, amirite?
