In the abstract I appreciate them, but back when new episodes were still rolling for these shows and you were sitting there eagerly anticipating the start of the show, all the early HBO prestige-show openings were interminable.
This is a show where a speedster and a person who can instantly jump through dimensional portals cowered in fear because someone was pointing a gun at them.
Am I the only one annoyed by Luke’s tinker toy-looking robo-hand? The hand was completely indistinguishable from his real hand at first, then he gets the back of it shot and puts a glove on to hide the mechanics. Now 20 years later it looks like something I built in my workshop.
