Good. I am planning to buy a new/cpo car in about six to nine months, so when the inevitable incentives come I will be ready.

Nice Price - This is even more fear-inducing than a E38 BMW...

So far it seems that autonomous cars drive very carefully/slowly. So what you have here is a mix of regular drivers who drink/text/smoke while driving and what are essentially robot driving schools students. Doesn’t sound like a big problem to me.

Neutral:

Sooo, GM is unable to understand foreign markets, even after trying for almost a century and is now concentrating on a part of the domestic market that may not exist anymore, once oil prices go back to where they used to be. Good luck with that!
Why not introduce a couple of brands that offer no distinction from

My bad, can’t help it (German). ;-)

I didn’t know that - thanks for the correction!

2nd gear:

Ever since watching “Fly away home” as a kid, I have longed for an old Cherokee (the bad guy drives one). Why won’t you leave me alone???

Considering this is a re-branded Mercedes Sprinter, this award doesn’t even make sense.

Neutral: I would say it’d have to be my mom who started to teach me to recognize cars when I was two and she couldn’t even drive (she got her licence at 32, I think). But I could see the brand logos and shapes and she told me the brand names and models (if they were stickered on) and so my love for cars started. I am

Beautiful car but the rear looks like it is wearing a mustache.

So, they steal the front (hood lines) from BMWs decade-old concept car Gina:

I much prefer the old Discoveries. They were distinct from both the Range Rover and the Defender, while this looks like a cheap Range Rover-knock-off. Sad.

I really like it, but I don’t get why all SUVs need to have a slight angle on the rear side windows. That started with the first X3 and now they all do it. Why?

On my old Chevy Lumina you had to gently pull the indicator stalk towards you to make all the lights on one side flash. If you only lifted/lowered the stalk, only the rear but not the front indicator lights would flash.

Front overhang.

1. Question: Not really (except for a small fan community). Most of the Opels you see on the road here in Germany are rentals (Astra) or company cars (Insignia) for poor sales reps who couldn’t afford a Passat/Audi. A few families buy Zafiras or Merivas, but at high discounts, so Opel is not making any money on them.

I never understood why North American cars lock themselves. Ours don’t. I don’t see any positive effects from locking your car while driving whatsoever. I mean, how do emergency services get you guys out of your burning wrecks if you’re too injured to move?

I’m always the only one noticing inconsistencies of cars when watching movies with friends. I then say, “No, no, it’s not the same car, this must be happening at another time or another person driving it!” I am then laughed at and usually the last person to understand the plot because I thought they changed the car
