All they need to do to “spice up” the NMS Passat, is to drop it entirely and bring across either the current EU-spec Passat, or - even better - the latest Skoda Superb as a rebranded Passat. You’d even get a practical hatch without sacrificing the looks one bit.

Great, that’s exactly what kept me from buying a Bentayga until now! But I don’t see the bucket to take the fish home in...

My neighbor across the street has an F-type (no idea which particular model), and the aforementioned sound makes it the perfect car “For Everyone Else” - me, in this case. Partly because I can hear it from the far away bedroom on a Sunday morning when he goes out to buy breakfast, and partly because he seems to need

I agree. This is also a very valid reason for getting them on road in massive numbers, so the necessary data for such considerations can be gathered. Also, it would be great if self-learning algorithms could learn from “mistakes” of others, such as maneuvers that led to a crash and avoid them in the future

VW can easily loose about a thousand model lines by killing half its Chinese line up. The number of small/medium/small-medium sized sedans they have is absurd.

If it weren’t for the little “E300", it might have been “Your ridiculously generic Mercedes sedan rear end.” Seriously, I had to double check if it’s not an S- or C-class.

Wild guess: New Passat CC with added camo at the back

I drive an almost current EU-spec Passat, but never got a chance to try the American Passat. How is it worse in every way?
