You're saying that slapping someone once a month is okay, though?

"you were killed, but you were attacking her"

He's saying "maybe the dead guy was the bad guy", looking for an alternative than the only verbal explanation we currently have. And yes, I'd consider the dead guy to be the victim.

I know, right. You get matching piercings on the first date. Tattoo's are only a second date thing.

In tha analogy, the skiff would be game models and textures, the engine... the engine, and they've bored out the cylinder and made it so it could run on nitrous (new pc hardware).

No, metagames are on a higher level of abstraction. Instead of one match, across many. You learn common strategies, and adapt, and then those adaptations become common, etcetera. It is a layer above the regular game. This is one within the game. It's a minigame, essentially.

The thing is, the NFL is big enough to give everyone a salary. Dota and LoL aren't. So you want to use whatever money there is to get the maximum possible visibility and attraction. Ideally there would be some salary, and fairly large winning bonuses. But things seem to be growing that way anyway, with sponsors

He was about to run out of time in a mission when a very rare powerup appeared, buffing his character's damage, killing the boss instantly, and letting him finish the mission just in time.

Blank space? You mean like those pyramids floating in nothing?

I'd like a port of this for my commodore, please. Or for the NES. But the palette feels quite C64.

That's as much the quake 3 engine as this is a VW beetle:

Why do you not realize that making a "convention for queer gamers" is strengthening the whole marginalization?

You've got that wrong. The younger brain is much stronger. The older brain, however, has a lot of experience. An older gamer can't quite keep up with the pure twitch, but they remain competetive because they have internalized a lot of strategies. So I imagine a bunch of older gamers going in to coaching and such.
