The day time to sunset thing during the fight? It was hazy due to all the dust kicked up from Ren having every availble gun shoot at Luke for what felt like a full minute.
I could be remembering it wrong, but it seemed logical that Snoke created the moments when both were most emotionally vulnerable.
I got the impression it wasn’t his idea. Snoke admitted to being the one to link their minds, let them see what he wanted them to. It would make sense he’d pick an awkward moment to connect them.
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; The courage to change the things I can, And the wisdom to hide the bodies of those I had to kill because they pissed me off. Amen.
Yes, and it really sucks that WB/CW can’t get on the “happily married” train. Ralph was always a rarity in that he has always been married to Sue. Ever since his introduction in 1960 Flash series. Sue was introduced in 1961 to readers and the two had a back-up series in the Flash comics for many years.
There are many places where the company doesn’t allow tipping, or the workers providing a service don’t expect to get one. My employer has a no-tipping rule, but legally can’t stop an employee from accepting one. So for our bartenders, and other service types there are jars for the company charity on their counters.…
I love this show, and this season’s attention to detail was top-notch. My only gripe is the lack of mid to late 1970's Ford trucks and Broncos. The one memory I have of small farm town 1983 was the trucks, and VW bugs. So many punch buggies. Seriously though, with all those farmers, there should have been trucks…
It has not been nearly a week. It’s been 3.5 days. Though living here in Vegas, it feels like it was just last night.
Nope, someone like that makes sure no one knows how to do what they do. Vacation, out with the flu, doesn’t matter. Critical knowledge of operations are held like classified information, even their bosses are left out of the loop.
So all those guys fired are still unemployed?
Agreed that this guy is full on hoarder. No reason to not try and keep the weeds off the older cars, or put them up off the ground. I get owning quirky things because they are quirky, but care for them.
In the end, it still feels like Feud and Stranger Things were snubbed.
A few decades? It was segregated for 40ish years. So 70 years later it’s been open to all filthy rich longer than it wasn’t.
Hey, his dad managed to get laid at least 5 times.
I meant as in planes they could risk being lost. The British knew they were in for a long war and didn’t have the US or Russians as Allies. They weren’t getting much in terms of Lend Lease, I don’t know what the production capacity was at the time. In the 1958 movie a downed pilot among the stranded at Dunkirk…
That and weren’t there only a few bases with long range aircraft? I got the impression the British were in short supply of planes that could go the distance for such an operation in 1940.
Not nearing enough time devoted to the Little Ships of Dunkirk. In no time it looked as if that yaught was all by itself. And only one day? If it could float, they went back and didn’t stop for four days.
Democrats abandoned the working class along time ago. The working class didn’t love unions but still want someone in power to fight for them. We want fair scheduling, we want our bosses to care about us more than the bean counters or company lawyers. We want decent wages and sane hours. And a little protection from…
It was wording used in the ballot measure. Nevada has put legal pot on the ballot several times but it always failed. But the numbers got closer and closer. Medical pot finally passed, but recreational stuff was still a hang up. It would seem the liquor businesses were among the many big corps fighting the measures.…
