Hey there! It’s me, the guy that challenged you all to write 60 posts in 60 days, and has only written eight himself, half of which are just links to streams! What a hypocrite, amiright?
It’s been a while since the last stream, but I finally set aside the time to hopefully finish this game! Come join me at 7:30 p.m. CT!
No more games. Except, this is a game... You know what I mean!
I don’t think they’re the best games ever made, but I still seriously love Uncharted. Lost Legacy so far seems to be more of the stuff I love, just in a more bite-sized package.
Hey! I’m at the Game Informer office today covering... well, it’s there in the title, isn’t it? I didn’t have time to write anything for TAY, but you can read my coverage here for GI!
I wrote a three-paragraph intro to this thing, but kinja deleted it. I’m slipping in and out of consciousness and simply don’t have the energy to write it again. Blame hecking kinja.
Twitch Prime just gave away a free month of Crunchyroll (guys I swear I’m not sponsored by them they just give free stuff a lot) and aghhh there’s so much anime! TOO much anime, some might say! I’d watch them all, but there’s no time!
Since starting my year at Ohio University, I’d kept a lookout for games journalism internships. I knew about Kotaku’s internship in 2017, and had even briefly talked with the intern online. Waypoint, GameSpot, Paste Magazine, and a few others had posted about internships in the past, but as the days drew ever closer…
It’s almost time!
Hey there TAYers! I know I haven’t been that active here since last year’s SixTAY Days of Writing, but I have some news on… well, the next SixTAY Days of Writing! Namely, it’s happening! Furthermore, I’d be happy to have it happen every year for the rest of all time, as long as people still participate!
Hey there! If you’re reading this, you’ve been selected as my Secret Santa! (or you’re just snooping on my wish list, smh Zarnyx) It’s insane to me how I only joined TAY last year, as it seems like I’ve known you people forever! (To be fair, I joined in early January of 2017) I know I’m not very active here when it’s…
Four-hundred and sixty articles, and counting. That’s how many articles you’ve written as part of SixTAY Days of Writing.
Okay, I did it for real this time. (If I write my final article tomorrow, that is.)
As the cartridge clicked into place, and the icon appeared on the screen, I pressed play. Once again, the screen faded to black, and once more, I heard the words, “Open your eyes.” I awoke within the same dark cave I’d seen so many times before, actually performing the actions I’d seen so many other people do: Claim…
At the beginning of the year, I made a new year’s resolution, only half-meaning it, to play more indie games, as I’d previously played next to none. Nearly eight months later, I’m now writing for an indie game website.
Over seven articles, I’ve detailed my three-year journey through my high school theater department. In this eighth and final installment, I’ll be going over my final role in my final play, The Children’s Hour.
Xenoblade Chronicles X wasn’t the longest game that I ever completed, (more on that on Saturday!) but it was definitely the hardest. For exactly a year, it was almost the only game I played, and it kept on going. I could probably write all 60 of my “SixTAY Days of Writing” articles about how I completed Xenoblade…
You know how game companies always get too cocky with their third console and thus have a lot of problems? (N64, PS3, XB1) Well, that was me with my third musical, Pippin. I never had any delusions of grandeur, but I’d gotten a little bit too comfortable with landing at least semi-important roles, didn’t practice…
